The entry level Non-Vintage Cinta Pupura Reserva Brut was sourced from younger vines of the traditional trio of Cava grapes (Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada) and spent 24-36 months on its lees. It is a soft, easy-going relatively dry, fruity Cava with good length and balance. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.
Juve y Camps, a family firm founded in 1921, has a well deserved reputation as one of Spain’s finest Cava producers as a visit to the estate in January 2011 clearly demonstrated.
