65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha.
Wine Spectator Oct. 2008: 91 pts - "This powerful red delivers mouthfilling flavors of plum, currant, espresso and black pepper, with muscular tannins that resolve nicely on the fresh finish. A bit raw now, but has the stuffing to age. Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Grenache. Best from 2008 through 2016."
"Saturated ruby. Cool, even restrained initially, but opens quickly to display a nuanced bouquet of red and dark berries, cola, tobacco, dried flowers and minerals. Builds in sweetness with aeration, the blueberry and cassis flavors reined in by juicy acidity and lifted by a tangy mineral tone. This is really quite complex and deep, with bright and dark fruit tones, abundant spice accents and an intriguing mineral component. Finishes youthfully dry, with a whiplash of sweet cherry-cola flavor.
