Condita was aged for 16 months in seasoned French oak. Dark ruby-colored, it sports an expressive perfume of cedar, graphite, espresso, violets, and blackberry. Medium to full-bodied and ripe, this suave effort has plenty of forward fruit and immediate appeal. Drink this tasty effort over the next 7-8 years. The Ramiro Wine Cellar project purchases grapes from both the Toro and Ribera del Duero DOs requiring the use of a more generic regional designation.
