The 2010 Isabel Negra is a blend of Monastrell from a plot of vines planted in 1974 in their property and young Cabernet Sauvignon which they planted in 2006. The wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and displays aromas of raspberry leaves, freshly ground pepper, roasted coffee, chocolate and dark plums, with a juicy, meaty palate, round, saturated tannins and moderate acidity. Drink now-2017.
